TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
The mats are “made-to-measure”, having a 30 mm surrounding edge and being of exclusive design.
The DS3 CROSSBACK logo is featured on the driver’s mat to highlight the manufacturer origin.
Doubly-safe front floor mats, with a non-slip underside and fastening using two clip pins as standard.
Can be cleaned by brushing with water.

Always present to fleet customers.
Rubber mats can be used intensively in severe climatic conditions.
The height of the edges and the rigidity give a tray effect to protect the original flooring; they can be shaken out very easily.
Holding excellently to the floor. The driver’s mat has fastenings to ensure it cannot slide forward to interfere with the pedals.
Highly resistant to changes in temperature without any loss of shape.
Resistant to impacts, non-flammable and hard-wearing.
An attractive means of substantially improving soundproofing and heat insulation.
Suitable for intensive use and easy to maintain. Can be simply wiped with a sponge, vacuumed or cleaned with a pressure-hose.

Refunds & Returns

You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 14 working days* following the day you receive the goods by completing our Contact Form.

* working days means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Please note: Parts that have been specially ordered (for example left-hand drive, security or VIN specific products) are non-returnable.

How The Returns Process Works

1). Contact Us using this form (click here) and complete our Contact Form
2). We will contact you and give you details on how to return your order
3). You must pay all return carriage costs (except for when an item has been supplied in error)
4). Your items must be complete and in ‘as new’ condition e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. It must not have been used or installed. It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories you received with it. Any ‘Free Gifts’ received with the product must also be returned.
5). Please allow up to 14 days from the date you return your order to us to process the return

Please do not return any item to us before completing this form.

A full refund of your purchase price (without the original delivery charge) will be completed, subject to receiving the goods back in satisfactory condition and following the Returns process above.

We will only refund your order to the same payment card used at the time of purchase. No exceptions.

Please allow up to 7 working days for a refund to show on your account.

Warranty

All products unless stated are supplied via Citroen and come with a 12-month Citroen parts warranty from the invoice date.

Citroen parts warranty concerns can be dealt with at any Citroen UK dealer via appointment. To find your closest dealership click here.

You will need to provide the Citroen invoice we supply with the order. If you do not have this, please contact us and we can supply a copy via email.
