Universal fixing bracket Tetrax SMART, effective and discreet for mobile phones, MP3, Smartphones or phablets.
Place a magnetised clip on the device that you wish to attach in your vehicle then simply fit this onto the bracket, the powerful magnet will hold it securely in position.
Bracket for fixing onto the ventilation grille and/or the dashboard.
The XVENT fin sticks on the dashboard or you can attach the Tetrax support anywhere in the vehicle, not only on the air vent.
1 set of magnetic clips of different shapes and sizes which adapt to all mobile telephones/Smartphones/Phablets/GPS/MP3.

Compatible with devices which do not exceed 300g in weight.
Content of the Tetrax SMART support:
Tetrax SMART support with strong clips for fixing onto the ventilation grill and structures made of thermoplastic rubber (removable),
XVENT fin with an adhesive disc for fixing onto the dashboard,

EXCEPTION: The fingerprint-resistant oleophobic coating on iPhone 4 and 4S does not allow the magnetic clip to be attached.

 

Refunds & Returns

You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 14 working days* following the day you receive the goods by completing our Contact Form.

* working days means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Please note: Parts that have been specially ordered (for example left-hand drive, security or VIN specific products) are non-returnable.

How The Returns Process Works

1). Contact Us using this form (click here) and complete our Contact Form
2). We will contact you and give you details on how to return your order
3). You must pay all return carriage costs (except for when an item has been supplied in error)
4). Your items must be complete and in ‘as new’ condition e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. It must not have been used or installed. It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories you received with it. Any ‘Free Gifts’ received with the product must also be returned.
5). Please allow up to 14 days from the date you return your order to us to process the return

Please do not return any item to us before completing this form.

A full refund of your purchase price (without the original delivery charge) will be completed, subject to receiving the goods back in satisfactory condition and following the Returns process above.

We will only refund your order to the same payment card used at the time of purchase. No exceptions.

Please allow up to 7 working days for a refund to show on your account.

Warranty

All products unless stated are supplied via Citroen and come with a 12-month Citroen parts warranty from the invoice date.

You will need to provide the Citroen invoice we supply with the order. If you do not have this, please contact us and we can supply a copy via email.
