COMPATIBLE WITH CITROEN VEHICLES
Not compatible with C-Crosser and C4 Aircross equipped with GPS and/or Rockford forsgate.
Not compatible with versions equipped with navigation and/or bluetooth: Touch screen, RT3, RT4, RT5, RT6, Connecting Box, Navidrive, Navidrive 3D (NG4) My Way, e My Way.
To bond the screen on the new dashboard (AM80) of the Jumper III (X2/50), the degreaser Betaclean (9980.A9) and the primer cloth (9734.R6) must be used.

This new kit is compatible with all iPhones via the USB port.
When you enter your vehicle, just switch on the ignition and your telephone automatically connects to your hands-free kit. You can then speak to your caller without holding the telephone.
It offers you up to 2000 possible names per twinned telephone with a maximum of 8000 names in voice recognition (depending on the make of the telephone) with voice identification of the caller.
To guarantee the best audio quality when you are telephoning, the Parrot MKi combines double microphone technology with new signal processing software (DSP-3) which suppresses ambient and environmental noise as well as noise heard in the passenger compartment. For maximum listening comfort, conversations are broadcast on the vehicle’s front speakers.
The screen displays the menus, the contacts, the user settings, the full listening list with the name of the artist and the title and even the cover of the corresponding album in colour if one exists in the iPod, iPhone or USB plug.

Refunds & Returns

You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 14 working days* following the day you receive the goods by completing our Contact Form.

* working days means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Please note: Parts that have been specially ordered (for example left-hand drive, security or VIN specific products) are non-returnable.

How The Returns Process Works

1). Contact Us using this form (click here) and complete our Contact Form
2). We will contact you and give you details on how to return your order
3). You must pay all return carriage costs (except for when an item has been supplied in error)
4). Your items must be complete and in ‘as new’ condition e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. It must not have been used or installed. It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories you received with it. Any ‘Free Gifts’ received with the product must also be returned.
5). Please allow up to 14 days from the date you return your order to us to process the return

Please do not return any item to us before completing this form.

A full refund of your purchase price (without the original delivery charge) will be completed, subject to receiving the goods back in satisfactory condition and following the Returns process above.

We will only refund your order to the same payment card used at the time of purchase. No exceptions.

Please allow up to 7 working days for a refund to show on your account.

Warranty

All products unless stated are supplied via Citroen and come with a 12-month Citroen parts warranty from the invoice date.

You will need to provide the Citroen invoice we supply with the order. If you do not have this, please contact us and we can supply a copy via email.
